Welcome to Veckon. This is Terms of service for Veckon beta.

Terms

General

The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and all of applicable guidelines or additional terms posted on Veckon constitute the entire agreement between you and Veckon, control your use of Veckon service, and substitute any prior agreements between you and Veckon regarding your usage of Veckon service.

This rule is including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use.

Basically by accessing Veckon Sevice you agree that the laws and constitution of Korea, It will apply to all the matters regarding the use of Veckon Services, and you also agree that any litigation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the supreme court and district courts in Korea, and you assent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The failure of Veckon to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not mean a waiver or abandonment of such right or provision.

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Service to be invalid, nevertheless the parties agree that the court should try to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.

Covering

By visiting or using Veckon Service, you agree to these Terms of service.

The use of Veckon Service is also governed by our Privacy policy.

We reserve the right to update the Terms of service at any time, with or without notice to you.

Please check these Terms of service sometimes for changes.

If You continued to use Veckon service after the posting of any changes or notice of any changes means that you have accepted those changes.

Restrictions and prohibitions

Prohibited Activities

You cannot use Veckon service when you do any of the following:

Bother or advocate bothering other people or organization.
Perform any activities that violate intentionally or unintentionally, any applicable state, provincial, federal, or international laws, rules or regulations promulgated by government or governmental agency that have the force of law.
Disguise any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
Collect or store any information about other users or members, other than in the normal course of using Veckon service for their intended purpose of accelerating voluntary communication among users.
Transmit any worm, defect, Virus, Trojan horse, any malicious code or similar destructive or harmful item.
Use Veckon service in any way that could disable, damage, disrupt, overburden, overload or impair the service or any Veckon service server, or network connected to any Veckon server, or interrupt with any other party's use and enjoyment of Veckon
Modify, Translate, Reverse engineer, Adapt Veckon systems.
Use any robot, site search/retrieval application program, spider or other device to retrieve or index any part of the our service.
Copy Veckon service or reformat it in any way create user accounts using any automated ways or under wrong pretense.

To the extent that you use or connect to any other social networks (such as Facebook, Twitter and google+ ) or any other applications through Veckon, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of use for those services.

If you use Veckon service for any commercial purpose, including advertising products or services in any way other than pursuant to an advertising agreement executed by you and Veckon, Veckon reserves the right to restrict your access to Veckon service and to contact you about entering into an agreement covering your commercial use.

User content and abuse

Veckon allows users of Veckon service to give, take and share information each other.

Veckon does not verify the identity and qualifications of users and does not assess or control exchanges among users.

User has responsible for every content transmitted or actions taken by a user and It's not to be attributed to Veckon.

Veckon does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, validity, completeness, safety, reliability, or legality of anything posted to or sent through Veckon by user.

You understand that you can be exposed to content that is annoying to you and that you use Veckon service at your own risk.

Third-party

Veckon allows you to access social networks and applications.

It includes links to third-party websites and advertising for third-party services or products.

Veckon is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of, the content or services of any third-party website, service and application accessible through Veckon.

Every interactions you do with third parties are solely between you and such third party.

Veckon is not responsible for any of your loss, harm or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any dealings with third parties or as a result of links to third party's websites or services on Veckon.

Termination of access and violation of Terms of service

User account for Veckon will be removed, if user dosen't progress activation in Veckon welcome mail sent to user's e-mail address for 24 hours

Veckon reserves the right to terminate your use of Veckon service at any time for any reason.

Veckon terminates any Veckon service if Veckon determines in its discretion or had a good faith concern that such use is unlawful and/or forbidden by these Terms of Service

Veckon informs law enforcement of any illegal material, information or activities that Veckon suspects or detects, and provide law enforcement officials with all requested information and material about the user account which the illegal information, activity or material is originated from.

"Veckon" is a registered trademark of Veckon corporation. All other trademarks, trade names, service marks, service names are the property of their respective holders, including but not limited to, the following.
"Google+","Blogger" and "Web RTC" are registered trademarks of Google, Inc.
"Facebook" is the registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.
"Twitter" is the registered trademark of Twitter, Inc.
