This Privacy Policy applies to all the websites and services offered by Veckon.

By visiting or using Veckon, you agree to this Policy.

For example, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party applications or service that are available through Veckon, or any social networks service providers that you associate with your Veckon account, all of which are controlled by their own privacy policies.

Information collection

Veckon's primary object in collecting information is to provide and improve service or site, application, contents to administer your use of Veckon and to enable users to enjoy Veckon Service

Personally identifiable information

Veckon collects your name or email address.

When you create an account we ask for your name and email address which is also considered personally identifiable information.

Information from the accounts you link to Veckon

If you connect your Veckon account to your social network accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google+ and Twitter), they may send us information about you, including your name, username at those services, User ID, email address, friends list, status, profile information.

Log data

When you use Veckon, we automatically collect information about you and your activity known as "log data", including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your location, your browser or device type, your interactions with other users.

Veckon stores and uses this log data based on an anonymous identifier.

Communication platforms

Veckon offers users the function to communicate with each other with (Voice and Video).

We recommend not share personal information unless it's someone you know well in the real life.

When you create Veckon account("Room", "ID"), your preferences are set to enable all Veckon users to connect you if they know your veckon ID.

Your preferences are also automatically set to store on Veckon's servers. You can change your preferences in "setting" menu, Veckon

Veckon's use of cookies

Veckon does not collect and store personally identifiable information or passwords in its cookies. We use these cookies to provide you with a better and advanced Veckon service, as like by recognizing you when you come to Veckon and by remembering information about you, like your preferences. We also use cookies to generate aggregate and anonymous data so that we can understand more and analyze how users use Veckon service.

Information use and sharing

If we propose to use personal information for any purpose other than those explained in this Privacy Policy and/or in the specific service privacy notices, we offer you an way to opt out.

Usage of information.

Veckon uses the information colleted:

Provide you with access to your Veckon account.
Provide you with the Veckon services.
Improve the Veckon services.

Veckon shares your non-public personally identifiable information with third parties only in the following cases:

With trusted third-party service providers who help us in the operation of Veckon and who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the data.
To the third-party service or applications available through Veckon.

In cases of suspected violations, abusive activity of the terms of service of Veckon or of any third-party service accessed through or in association with Veckon, we can share or provide personal information, including IP address, with that third party in order to investigate the violation.

In the event that Veckon is acquired by or merged with other firm or transfers substantially all of its assets to other company, Veckon will transfer all of its user information and data to that other company.

Delete or Edit your account information

You can edit certain personal information that you have provided or delete your Veckon account by logging into your Veckon account and accessing your account settings.

Deleting your Veckon account does not currently automatically remove your personally identifiable information from the Veckon servers. However, if you delete your account, we will use your personally identifiable information only to investigate abuse and follow up legal requests as described under "Information use and sharing".
